Your Order
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, GooglePay, and Shopify Pay. We do not currently accept Northside Pharmacy gift cards as a form of payment.
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming we received your order. We will then prepare your order for shipping or pick up. This can take 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an additional email once your order is shipped or ready for pick up.
If you haven’t received your order, check the tracking link sent to your email. If the tracking is saying the package was delivered, it could still be on the way as some carriers scan the package before it gets to you.
If your tracking has not been updated in an unusually long time or it was never updated, your package could have been lost in transit. You will need to reach out to the carrier to file a claim with them. If your claim is not resolved after two weeks, please reach out to us by email at retail@northsiderx.com.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
At this time, you cannot earn or redeem Northside Rewards on online purchases
Shipping
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is shipped. It will include tracking information so you can track your shipment to see the delivery status. Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier.
You can also track your order by logging into your Shopify account and clicking on the order in question to see the status.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and the ship to location.
Pick-Up
Currently, we only allow order pick up at our Northside Maysville Pharmacy location. Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up.
You will need your order confirmation email and your driver’s license or updated photo ID to pick up your order.
You can designate a different pick-up person at checkout. Your designated pick up person will need your order confirmation number as well as their driver’s license or updated photo ID.
Returns & Exchanges
If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery with the original receipt.* Product must be unused and in the original packaging with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of items arriving defective or damaged, or error on the side of the seller.

We do not charge a fee for returns or exchanges. However, shipping will be deducted from your return amount.
Please note, it can sometimes take 3-5 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.
We take great pride in our products and inspect each item before shipping to you. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will exchange it at no charge to you. To start your exchange, send us an email with your order number to retail@northsiderx.com. Once your exchange is confirmed, you will need to send your original item to: Northside Retail, 10 West King Street, Zanesville OH 43701, United States.
